Why this matters
When an agency recommends a clinic, the first fair question is: why that clinic? If the answer
is “because they pay us the most”, the recommendation is worthless to you. So here is how we
actually work.
What we look for in a clinic
- Licensing and regulation. The clinic must be a licensed, independent fertility
clinic operating legally in North Cyprus.
- Transparent pricing. The clinic must be willing to state clearly what a package
does and does not include — particularly medication, which is a common hidden cost.
- Communication with international patients. Clear, timely answers before, during
and after treatment, in a language the patient understands.
- Treatment range and honesty about suitability. We value clinics that will tell a patient when a treatment is not advisable for them.
- Patient feedback. We listen closely to what our own patients tell us after
treatment — that feedback directly affects who we keep working with.
How our service is funded
Our guidance, consultation arrangement and support are free of charge to patients. The treatment package price you pay is the same as you would pay the clinic directly — we do not add an agency fee, mark-up or commission on top of clinic pricing.
We are compensated by our partner clinics for the patient-facing work we do: coordination, guidance
and local support. We are telling you this openly because you should be able to judge our advice knowing
how we are paid.
What this means in practice
- We work with more than one clinic, so we can match you to the one that fits your case, budget and
preferences — instead of pushing everyone to a single provider.
- The clinic remains independent. Your medical assessment, treatment plan and results come from the
clinic’s specialists, not from us.
- You are free to choose a clinic we do not work with. We would rather you made a good decision than
a convenient one for us.
What we do not do
- We do not provide medical treatment or employ the doctors who treat you.
- We do not guarantee outcomes. No honest fertility provider can.
- We do not publish paid “clinic reviews” dressed up as editorial content. How we write

Questions worth asking us
If you are comparing agencies or clinics, these are fair questions to put to us — and to anyone
else you speak to:
- What exactly is included in this price, and what is not?
- What will medication realistically cost on top?
- Why are you recommending this clinic for my specific situation?
- How are you paid, and does it change what you recommend?
