Terms & Conditions

By participating in the “Share the Dream: Refer a Loved One for IVF Treatment in North Cyprus” initiative (“Initiative”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Dream IVF Cyprus reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility to Refer

Referrers must be existing or former patients of Dream IVF Cyprus. There’s no restriction on when your treatment was completed.
Referrers can make unlimited referrals with no geographical restrictions.

2. Referral Process

Referrers must submit referrals via the dedicated referral form available on the Dream IVF Cyprus website. You must provide the required information, including your full name, email address, and phone number, as well as the full name, email address, phone number, and type of treatment sought by the referred patient.
The referred patient will be required to confirm their relationship with the referrer during the consultation process.
Referrals must be made through the official online referral form. No other methods (such as email, phone calls, or social media) will be accepted.

3. Referral Eligibility

New Patients Only: The referred patient must be a new patient to Dream IVF Cyprus, with no prior consultations or bookings.
The referred patient must complete their IVF treatment and make full payment for it to qualify as a successful referral.
Non-Eligibility: If a referred patient cancels their treatment, receives a refund, or does not proceed with full payment for their treatment package, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.

4. Details on your discount

The referrer will receive a 10% discount on future treatments, fertility preservation, or freezing services.
Discounts are non-transferable.

5. Referred Patient Benefits

Each referred patient who completes their treatment at Dream IVF Cyprus will receive a Welcome Gift upon arrival in Cyprus (sent on your behalf).

6. Initiative Duration and Modifications

Dream IVF Cyprus reserves the right to modify or terminate the initiative at any time.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Data Collection: By participating in the Initiative, both the referrer and referred patient consent to the collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of administering the Initiative and delivering the rewards. Data will be handled in accordance with Dream IVF Cyprus’s Privacy Policy.
